Words from the sister

Dear Friends and family of Calley Louise, I have been asked to update the blog for Cal and Drew and this is my first time blogging- here goes... First of all, they have both arrived there SAFELY and want to thank everyone for all of their prayers. While I am on Cal's blog, I want to add how proud I am of them and how grateful I am to the Lord for them. Cal is such a trusting traveler. She trusts the Lord whole-heartedly with her life and with her travels. She knew she was supposed to get there and that she would get there when He was ready for her to arrive. And, of course, she made the very best of the time she was delayed. I admire Calley in more ways than I can even explain... not just because she is my big sister and a patient traveler, but because of the incredible woman that she is. How she allows the Lord to use her in so many different formats. People are so drawn to her and I just love that about her. I know that she is doing great things in this world, and it excites me to see. I definitely want to be more like her when I grow up! I am so proud of Drew as well. I would have been terribly nervous to leave Cal in London and go to Africa alone, but he rocked it! It has been amazing to see him grow up and devote his life to the Lord. He also allows the Lord to use him in so many ways. He has chosen God even when it was not the popular choice. He is growing into such an incredible, Godly man. I pray that this experience in Africa brings new life and new perspective for them both. That they feel renewed in their walks and are not drained upon returning home. I pray that they will have peace when they leave and, of course, lots of protection during the entire trip! I am excited that they are there, and I am looking forward to seeing what God is going to do in their lives and the lives of others through them. Thanks for letting me interrupt Cal's blog. Love from the sister, Ab
