Happy New Year Ghanaian Style
After a few guest bloggers I am back. Thanks to Drew and Ab for posting. You each did a great job and I would love to have you back...EXCEPT Drew did not have ALL of the correct information. I did not shop all day (althought some of you don't believe that), the day was spent at Lydia Asare's new shop. She has opened a store to sell all of her things and I am so proud of her for that! She now is employing several Ghanaians to sew and embroider as well as run the shop. These people are learning more and more about the Lord as they work for her. I will definitely post some photos of the shop soon. It is great and when you come here with me I will take you to see it.
We also had a mini-Christmas with the whole family last night. It was so wonderful. We were able to bring all of the children some things they needed and some gifts for Johnson and Lydia as well. I am so thankful to be with all of them. It feels like I never left.
Tonight we are at Radach where we are attending a New Year's Eve "Watch" at Faith Bible Church of Africa, where Johnson is the Pastor. I am excited to ring in the New Year with Ghanaian brothers and sisters.
More to come...Happy New Year to all of you!! I know there will be many new beginnings in 2008.

P.S. Drew and Co. did a great job on the pizza tonight. We all loved it!
