Today was a big day. We joined the legions of Amsterdam commuters and purchased sweet bikes. Mine is called Gazelle. Since we've been all over town meeting with people...and since the treasure hunt typically sends us to another part of town...our legs were getting really sore and tram tickets were adding up.
Our friend Simon at Abra bikes in Doppermarket hooked us up...free locks and we get to sell them back. Now our commutes will be much more enjoyable...and we have much more power over the throngs of tourists with the tiny ding of a bell. It's a beautiful thing.
Thanks for praying for our connections and the interviews. Over the weekend we counted up over 8 email addresses of new contacts. We are really encouraged and excited for a new week of progress. Please pray for favor and the interviews would come!

I can just imagine you convincing these sweet girls to ride thier bikes to the next meeting because "it's just around the corner and a totally flat road". Calley interpretation: 15 miles of Tour De France like mountain stages.
