Spinning and Singing

One of the newest loves in my life is Spin Class. Every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. (perk of my job...) you can find me perched on a stationery bike with a scratchy white gym towel around my neck. I have come to crave the 45 minutes where every muscle in my body starts to throb, sweat pours down my face, and close to 500 calories are burned. Fun facts: Jenna Bush and Katie Couric are avid Spinners Lance Spins to train (his mom was in one of my instructor's classes...) It makes me want to do a triathalon The best thing about the class is that the lights are low, the instructor shouts like a coach, and the music is loud...
(I'm in there...look harder...)
Speaking of music. I was putting together my seasonal mix entitled, "What's to Come..." and newly discovered my love for making music mixes. Handcrafting is the word that comes to mind...like a woodworker of music (witty, huh?). "What's to Come..."
