Who am I kidding?
Three of the four men i work with in the Student Ministries dept. are golfers. 2 are quite good and one is sort of scrappy, but always up for a good time. There is a golf tournament today for the Wesley Foundation (Methodist stuff) and they invited me to go just sort of to be there. My first question was what in the world would i wear to such an event? The only picture in my mind of females and golfing is LPGA with long shorts and visors, Catherine Zeta Jones...uhhh... and my mom: lots of sweater vests. I had to ask Abbey, my fashionista, and she gave me this long sleeved polo...should have known. So now i am sitting in my office with a long sleeve polo, some climbing capris, and my running shoes on. Who do i think i am? not my father's daughter. I am reminded of the golf lessons i took in the 10th grade with my dad's high hopes of me making it pro. Now there is a bag of clubs that permanently resides next to his garage door.
Golf is not my scene. I think i will stay here in my office and work. then i can take off early and enjoy the sun, but not on a fairway.

I am confused about who the fourth person is...
Oh, Cal, good thing you posted that because I thought it was YOU in the picture...yeah right. Me in slim-fit J.Crew boy jeans, you in argyle. Should be great! I wish I could have seen you. I mean, did you have to be someone's caddie?
i have not ever been and hope to never be someone's caddie.
